Refund rules

1. Admission fee, study material and uniform fee once paid will not be refunded
2. All refund will be made through NEFT and cheque only.
3. Only part of tuition fee (-GST ) will be refunded if refund request is made before last refund date.

4. Admission of student can be cancelled by institute administration at any time if student is found
guilty of damaging institute’s property, violating institute rules, misbehaving with teaching and non
teaching staff of polar jee academy and involving in physical and verbal fight with other students. In this case, no amount of fee will be refunded.
5. All the refund requests should be made by submitting admission cancellation form at polar academy account office by the person who has signed the admission form. While submitting the refund form, original fee receipt and original polar JEE academy I’d card should be submitted. Refund request over call or verbally will not be entertained.

Refund rules

If refund request is made following days after the student start attending classes, the following amount will be
deducted

I. Upto 7 Days: Deduction=Rs.5000+GST
II. Upto 14 Days: Deduction=Rs.10,000+GST
III. Upto 21 Days: Deduction=Rs.15,000+GST
IV.Upto 30 Days: Deduction = 40% of Tuition fee + GST
V. Upto 60 Days: Deduction= 70% of Tuition fee+GST
